Tulsa Dental MM3 24 Air motor with multi speeds and reverse settings. Unit is used and has scuffs, scratches, markings are coming off (see pictures, comes as shown). Chuck needs to be replaced, came with a note that read " Handpiece will not stay attached to motor". Able to move speed selector to any speed and from fast to slow settings.
