Lot of 3 - NPN Darlington D473 (H) OB2 Transistors removed from retired board. The D473 is a silicon NPN darlington transistor. It has a Uce of 100V and an Ic of 15A. It can be used as an integrated diode or a power transistor. To turn on a transistor, you need a voltage difference between the base and the emitter of at least 0.7V.
