5-Axis Motorized Specimen Stage Door Assembly. Unit is used in good condition. See pictures, comes as shown. Removed working from a CamScan Series 2 SEM. Each axises (X,Y,Z, Tilt, Rotation) are moving and not bound or stuck. Motorized function working when removed from SEM column.
Was able to find names and drawing numbers in the manual for some of the internal assembles. (Manuals are not included)
