[Description]

The Extron CrossPoint 450 Plus 3248 Series is designed to route ultra-wideband RGBHV and stereo audio signals. Both CrossPoint® 32x48 matrix switchers feature 450 MHz (-3 dB) bandwidth, fully loaded, and are also fully compatible with RGBS, RGsB, HDTV, component video, S-video, and composite video signals.

Housed in rack-mountable, 19-inch wide enclosures, CrossPoint 450 Plus Series matrix switchers come standard with RS-232 and RS-422 serial control capability. The unique advantage of serial control is Extron's SIS™ - Simple Instruction Set. SIS simplifies serial control by utilizing a limited set of easy to read, ASCII command codes.

The CrossPoint 450 Plus Series also features three proprietary Extron technologies: ADSP™ - Advanced Digital Sync Processing, Ethernet Control, and DSVP™ - Digital Sync Validation Processing.
